Preferred Aviation Underwriters was founded in 2005 with a simple but focused mission: bring real underwriting expertise to the ground side of aviation \u2014 and deliver it with the kind of responsive, personal service that was already becoming rare in this industry.<\/p>\n

More than two decades later, that mission hasn’t changed.<\/p>\n

Today, PAU is a 27-person team writing ground-side aviation risks in all 50 states, with full in-house underwriting and policy issuance authority that keeps the process moving from submission to quote, bind, and issue.<\/p>\n

We specialize in the risks that standard markets find complicated \u2014 FBOs, hangars, terminals, ground fleets, fuel exposures, and the full range of aviation-adjacent operations. It’s a niche that rewards deep expertise, and it’s the only one we work in.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n
